Do you find yourself putting on a cheerful front for your friends and family? Perhaps you've noticed that you constantly give to others but get little in return. I work with people, who for whatever reason, have had to pack away their feelings for a long time- and are now noticing them bubble up in the form of anger, regret or low self esteem. You may be struggling to form deeper, genuine connections and find that you are isolating yourself from others because it feels safer, less complicated. If you identify as a people pleaser, find it difficult to put in boundaries and struggle with low self-worth, I could be able to help you.
I also work with young people who struggle to socialise and end up escaping into the online world or gaming. My approach is client-led and I provide a safe, judgement free space where you can hear yourself and where we can collaboratively explore your past and current experiences. I'll be fully myself with you and can bring humour, warmth and challenge.
