Do you lie awake at night worrying or wake up feeling sick with stress? I have a special interest in working with people who are stressed (including work or parental stress), traumatic stress, and anxiety (including health and death anxiety). I am particularly interested in working with people who, no matter how much they achieve in work or life, often experience frequent self-doubt that they are 'good enough'. My professional background as a psychotherapist includes working in the NHS, various mental health settings, including Anxiety UK, and private practice.

I am experienced in supporting anyone over 18 years old with a wide variety of issues around work, relationships, parenthood, menopause, or past experiences, including trauma. I provide a safe and confidential space where we can collaboratively explore what you would like from therapy. I provide psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs.
