I am also a qualified Supervisor, registered with the UKCP and work with supervisees in TA and other modalities, both in groups and 1-1.
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, aged 18 and over, from diverse backgrounds and cultures in person and online. Psychotherapy offers a confidential and supportive space and is a unique opportunity to gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
