Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you are carrying difficult experiences on your own. I have a particular specialism in supporting adults and young people aged 11 and over experiencing anxiety, PTSD and trauma. Perhaps you are wanting to understand why you struggle with self-criticism, low self-worth or feel undeserving of happiness. You may not be able to put your finger on quite what it is, but you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in some way. I believe you are the expert on your own life and my role is to support you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, compassionate space.
I specialise in incorporating nature into therapy and offering creative approaches. If you find the idea of therapy in an office too intimidating or clinical, outdoor therapy can feel less formal and take away some of the anxiety of getting started. I also offer sessions from my garden counselling room in Ravenshead and via online video session.
It can be daunting trying to find the right therapist. I offer a safe space to talk about whatever you need to without judgement and strongly believe in working collaboratively.
