I work with RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGES. So, whether you're: a mother struggling in your relationship with your child or motherhood itself; a couple in crisis; experiencing recurring relationship problems; or still searching for that elusive romantic relationship I’m keen to work with you. I work with both individuals and couples; and I can discuss with you which one of these may be the best fit for you. I find that by exploring your personal history we can often discover the root cause of your challenges so you can begin to enjoy intimacy and connection.
I'm robust, yet warm. I have a healthy sense of humour which can be surprisingly useful when we're broaching tricky or taboo topics. Your therapy is tailored to you. It isn't a programme out of a book. It is a unique relationship between us informed by everything I've learnt about you with the aim of enriching and challenging you and your relationships.
I completed a 3-year full time post graduate training in Psychosynthesis Counselling. Training included all the major psychological models; and it also focused on not just removing your symptoms (although this is obviously valuable and what brings you here) but on cultivating a way of being in relationships and life that brings you greater joy and meaning.
