Initially we will go over your problems, your childhood and relevant history. We will discuss your goals and what you want life to look like. We will aim to; understand the root cause of your problems, find triggers and deactivate them, work on relationship difficulties, teach you emotional regulation, heal your wounds, help you establish a long recovery.
It may be scary to think of facing the work, staying as you are might seem like the safest option, but recovery is possible!
