Are you struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Burnout, Trauma or generally feeling stuck and unsure how to get help? You've made the first step! I am able to assist children, adolescents and adults. I am committed to doing my absolute best. You can rest assurred will be welcomed into a relaxed and non judgemental environment to explore your individual needs. I am based in Stamford, Lincolnshire and Cople, Bedfordshire. My main areas of work are Bereavement and Trauma however also cover many other difficulties and all enquiries are welcome. I am currently taking on new clients in Stamford and Bedford.
During my counselling career I have worked with the NHS, a Child and Adolescent Bereavement Service and with Rape Crisis, all of which have afforded me in depth experience with adults, adolescents and children experiencing grief, loss, relational issues and trauma. I also work collaboratively with local businesses providing training and counselling to staff.
I understand it can be difficult to face life's difficulties and making the first step can be very hard. Please do feel free to get in touch for all general enquiries and current availability. Flexibility is available and due to my own experience of years working NHS shift patterns I am attuned to the fact that not everyone has a 9-5 lifestyle or routine.
