Clients come to me for support with a number of issues such as anxiety, neurodiversity struggles, relationship & sexual issues.
I also specialise in working with Breast Cancer, terminal illness and grief (be it about yourself, or dealing with a loved one's diagnosis).
Due to my longstanding corporate HR background, many clients also work with me to address work related issues such as confidence, imposter syndrome, toxic workplace relationships, low self esteem and exploring career potential. I am also accredited to use a number of psychometric tools which can provide additional solutions for clients to take away.
Whether it's long term therapy you'd like, or a one off session about a current issue, I have a relaxing, discreet, purpose built private consultation room, where clients feel safe and comfortable. I'm also happy to meet via video call if that works best for you. I work in a relaxed, non judgemental and informal style, so will always let you set the pace.
Every client I’ve met has been unique and needed a different solution to achieve their goals, so unlike some therapists I do not have a one size fits all approach. How I work with everyone is unique and we will agree a way forward together at your pace, around your life and within your budget.
