I am a BACP accredited counsellor and am passionate about mental health, emotional regulation and empowering people to bring about change in order to live a more fulfilling life. It is a natural part of life to find yourself struggling, however there is no need to feel alone. Seeking out a professional who can offer a safe, supportive space to help you find a way to move forward is already a tangible step towards change. I have therapeutic experience in working with a wide variety of issues and can offer a warm atmosphere where I will invite you to explore what’s going on for you and look at how you could bring about change.
I also have years of experience working with children and young people and can offer support with a wide range of issues school age clients today face.
Our sessions will explore the parts of your life where you would like more satisfaction and what that might look like. With life being fast paced for most people today, counselling can provide a place where you can stop the wheel turning for a while each week and have a safe space to look at your life and your needs in a meaningful and helpful way.
