If you feel anxious, depressed, exhausted, or struggling, I believe that there is hope for improvement through counselling. Take time for yourself in a calm space where you can voice and explore your thoughts. We work collaboratively to find ways for you to feel more regulated, and to improve your life, health, and relationships. Small shifts can have a ripple effect within your life. We can explore your feelings about relationships with partners, family, friends, and colleagues, and find ways to process feelings and to make decisions. We can discuss challenging issues you might have and find a way to guide you towards your goals.
I offer integrative talking therapy, a blend of approaches for each individual, such as person centred work to talk through and make sense of events and emotions; thought reframing and body work for anxiety to increase regulation of the nervous system; inner child work to enable you to meet your emotional needs, and models of grief to support bereavement.
We often feel anxious, stuck or stressed, and this is tiring. Come along for talking therapy to help you feel better in your life and body, improving anxiety, self-esteem, family relationships, processing grief, and dealing with challenging issues. We can have an informal chat to give you a chance to make sure that you feel comfortable speaking with me.
