Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, afraid or anxious? I provide a friendly and safe space where you can talk through your worries at your own pace without being judged. I work online and on the telephone, giving you more options to fit sessions in with your day. I can help you through experiences such as difficult family relationships, trauma, and self doubt. Counselling can help you to process anxiety, stress, fear, anger and guilt. We can work to reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem, move forward after abuse, strengthen boundaries, and help you learn to trust and care for yourself.
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor. My approach is conversational-rooted in relational, person-centred, and psychodynamic theories. I work online, by telephone, and in person on Monday and Thursday afternoons. My specialties are abusive relationship recovery, formal employment proceedings, strengthening boundaries, and increasing self-confidence.
If you are feeling anxiety or despair, counselling can help to calm and regulate the nervous system. Sessions can be arranged flexibly depending on availability.
