Hi, I’m Louise. I have personal and professional experience with ADHD and autism, and I offer a respectful, affirming space shaped around you and your individual needs. As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I understand life can feel messy, confusing, isolating, or stuck, and it’s not always easy to know where to begin. You may be carrying experiences that need time and gentleness to unpick, without pressure or judgement. Together, we can explore your inner world with compassion and care.
My nursing background enriches the care and attention I bring to each person’s unique experience. I hold a space alongside you where you can feel truly seen and heard, where we can explore life’s experiences—which may feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult- and where you can gently connect with your inner wisdom to guide the process.
Therapy can feel big and uncertain, and you may feel unsure. Reaching out can be a helpful step; this may provide some reassurance and support. You don’t need to carry it all by yourself, and there isn't any pressure to know exactly what brings you to the idea of counselling. I am here to guide you through.
