My journey began with supporting teenagers in a secondary school, helping them navigate the emotional, social and academic challenges that often arise during adolescence. From there, my work has extended to individuals facing a range of life difficulties, including domestic abuse and social isolation, grief and loss and significant life transitions.
I also work with couples who are managing the complexities of modern life, whether it's balancing demanding schedules, working through communication issues, dealing with financial pressures, or navigating the roles we take on within our family structures.
Modern day life can have a profound impact on our emotional wellbeing. The pressures and pace of everyday responsibilities can lead to feelings of depression and anxiety, including panic attacks. These experiences can create a sense of loneliness and disconnection, often causing inner unrest and a loss of connection to ourselves and others.
My role isn’t to give advice or direct your decisions, but to help you uncover your own insights, explore your challenges and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
