Working with clients through an integrative approach applying attachment theory, person centred approach and cognitive behaviour therapy to suit the needs of clients. Achelois counselling works with clients to establish there own individual motivations and aims tailoring therapy to move at the pace of the client in order to meet their therapy goals.
