I'm a therapist who works with individuals facing a wide range of difficulties, supporting them to navigate through difficult things in life.
I also support people who want to know and understand themselves and their relationships better.
You will no doubt have deeply personal and unique reasons for starting therapy and seeking support at this time. My approach begins with understanding you as a person; your experiences, relationships, strengths, and what's important to you, rather than seeing you as a list of symptoms.
I work from an accepting, non-shaming, open minded position. Together, we'll develop a curious, inquiring, thoughtful approach to your specific circumstances. We look at both the immediate concerns and deeper underlying patterns that impact your life.
I tend to work weekly and in person with people, although I can and do offer online work. My work is often longer term work with regular ongoing reviews, but I also offer shorter term work depending on your needs. First steps would be to get in contact so we can plan some work together and discuss what would be best for you.
