It can be really difficult to ask for help so as a counsellor I take your interest seriously. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental relationship within which we can explore your thoughts and feelings. A place where you will be heard, understood and where I can help you find a way forward from the difficulties you may be experiencing. Whether it be childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, abuse, depression or something you just can't put your finger on, by contacting myself for counselling is the first step to positive change.
Everyones life experiences are unique and effect us all in different ways. I see you as an individual and as such would work with you at your pace with care, trust and compassion.
I offer open ended sessions so there is no limit to the number of sessions we may have together. Also, now offer early morning sessions from 7am
