I'm a Person-centered counsellor working in private practice based in Leamington Spa, working face to face, online & telephone across Warwickshire. I'm an experienced and fully qualified counsellor who is a registered BACP member. I found my own personal experience of therapy to be life changing, which led me to want help others. Prior to my counselling career, I have worked for many years with children, young people, families and vulnerable adults. I supported and assisted individuals to improve their mental, physical well-being and to live independently.
I gained my counselling degree at University of Warwick. I have experience of working with addiction, bereavement, loss, sexual abuse, self -esteem, trauma amongst a variety of other issues.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space for you to explore and reflect on any issues. I understand that being accepted and valued as you, is helpful for personal understanding and growth.
