My aim within my work is to listen, support & help my clients to reach more of their potential by increasing their levels of self awareness of their feelings, thoughts & behaviours. With compassion, patience, empathy & a non-judgmental approach, I provide a warm & safe space for my clients. It is my hope, & my reason for becoming a counsellor, that from the seeds that are sown in the therapeutic work, grow hope, self-love & self development & that the effects ripple on for my clients throughout their life journey.
I work with many different types of clients with many different needs and issues. I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I work with different modalities of therapy as I do not believe that in therapy, one size fits all.
