I work with adults who want a supportive space to explore what’s going on for them. You may be concerned about addiction, feeling anxious, low, burnt out or carrying more than you let on. My approach is pluralistic, which means I don’t fit you into a model — we find what works for you. Clients often tell me they value my warmth, steadiness and the sense of being met as a whole person.
You can expect a warm, steady presence and space where you don’t have to hold everything together. We move at a pace that feels manageable, exploring what’s going on with care, curiosity and depth. You’re met as a whole person, not a problem to fix
If you’re feeling stretched, overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, you’re welcome to reach out. You don’t need the right words — just a sense that support might help. I offer a grounded, relational space where you can talk things through and feel met in what you’re carrying
