Hi I am Louise, I specialise in addiction therapy, but am also experienced in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a host of differing issues you maybe experiencing. I offer you a safe, non judgmental space to bring anything that maybe troubling you - and offer you the opportunity to grow and develop your sense of self, perhaps shedding unhelpful patterns of behaviour or thoughts that are holding you back or stuck. I use a pluralistic approach using elements of Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT theory tailor made to the unique individual you are.
