I specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma in childhood, adolescence, or as an adult, including PTSD and Complex PTSD. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored at your own pace. I work integratively, combining talking therapy with Brainspotting and creative methods including story, art, drama and movement. You do not need any experience in these approaches; they offer another way to express what can feel difficult to put into words, helping you begin to make sense of your experience.
This process allows difficult emotions to be acknowledged and understood, supporting healing and change. I am a doctoral researcher exploring the connection between mind and body, which I integrate into my therapeutic work to support self-awareness, confidence, resilience and a greater sense of inner ease.
This can help rebuild relationships and connection with self and others. It can also support greater authenticity and self-understanding, helping you gently explore and re-evaluate the roles, beliefs or labels that may have shaped how you see yourself. I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, understood and supported as you work towards your goals.
