Hello, I’m Louisa, and I warmly welcome you to the beginning of your journey towards potential change. Change often requires courage. With over ten years of experience in therapeutic work, I aim to support you as you navigate a range of life’s transitions. My experience is in supporting those who identify as neurodiverse, as well as individuals facing loss, anxiety, and relationship difficulties including inner child work such as ‘the glass’ child. You are the most important person in this space, if you feel this may connect then make contact. Through deep exploration and reflection, you will gain valuable insight and resilience.
Counselling sessions are available weekly, either short or long-term. Louisa applies integrative, person-centred, empty chair, and creative techniques as appropriate, including walk-and-talk sessions. She is dedicated to valuing diversity in her practice and is trauma informed.
Louisa provides a no-obligation 20-minute phone call. All sessions are set to the individual pace of each client. If you are uncertain about the benefits of counselling, you may initiate contact via email or telephone. Alternatively, a single session therapy can be scheduled for £70. Whereby an interpreter is required, clients may arrange.
