I am an experienced Person-Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and EMDR Therapist who has over 21 years experience of working with individuals from the age of 18 years. I also integrate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy into my practice.
I have a wealth of experience working with clients from all different backgrounds and cultures who present with a wide range of issues. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental environment for you express your feelings and thoughts. We will work together to set achievable goals which will enable you to move forward.
