I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and a member of the BACP. I work integratively, meaning I tailor a variety of therapeutic modalities. This enables me to work with a tailored approach that will meet my clients individual needs, thus meaning that rooted in my belief is that everybody has the capacity for self-growth.
