I am a psychotherapist-in-training in my final year of an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I offer a compassionate and confidential space where you are free to bring yourself fully to be listened to empathetically and deeply so that we can work towards the easing of overwhelming emotions and make way for new perspectives. Through our therapeutic relationship I can support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences and I will sit alongside you as you reach a deeper understanding of self.
I have been in private practice for over three years and previously volunteered with the charity MIND, working in their counselling service for over 18 months. During this time I saw a wide range of adult clients and gained experience in working with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, identity and low self-esteem.
Still being in training means that I provide several low-cost spaces within my practice. I hold a UKCP and BACP approved Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from (BCPC).
