Human Givens Therapy is refreshing and very special as it is fast, effective and long lasting. When we meet we will work at a pace that suits you. You will not be asked to talk at length about the past, we will only discuss what we need to so that you have a more positive mind and able to think more clearly, enabling you to make positive life changes.
