Life can be a tough journey sometimes and it can seem even worse when you feel that you are walking alone. I would like to share that journey with you. As an integrative counsellor experienced in working with adults, children and young people I offer you or your child a safe, therapeutic space to work on the issues bothering you including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger and feeling sad. I work with warmth and empathy and from a non-judgemental approach enabling you to reflect on your feelings and the changes you may want to make within the context of a strong therapeutic relationship.
As an integrative therapist I draw on various therapeutic models including the psychodynamic where we reflect on how early life experiences determine your relationships and behaviour in the present. As a former primary school teacher and mental health wellbeing worker I also work with a bereavement charity and have worked as a school counsellor.
I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and develop our potential when in a therapeutic environment where we are highly regarded as unique individuals.
