I offer 50 min sessions for general counselling for a wide range issues, either long term or short term counselling work. Im integrative trained so can offer you a range of theories tailored to your individual need. I have a special interest in adults with childhood trauma, Cancer, bereavement and loss. My counselling is heavily based on our relationship, you have to feel comfortable with me, to feel able to share your story. You want to feel heard and not judged.
