I’m Lorraine Bygrave, a qualified EMDR and IFS Therapist with expertise in adoption and Attachment-Informed Therapy. I specialise in supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse, trauma, and PTSD, offering a compassionate and tailored approach to healing. I also offer intensive therapy, where we can work 3 hours per day over 3 consecutive days, equivalent to 9 weeks of therapy in just 3 days. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strength and create lasting, meaningful change.
