Hello, I’m Lorna — a UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist.
I offer a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic space where you can explore both present and past challenges affecting your emotional and physical well-being.
My approach integrates the body into psychotherapy, drawing on principles of somatic therapy. I work from the understanding that the mind and body are interconnected and trauma and past experiences are often stored within the body.
I’ve been working with clients for over 14 years and have specialist experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism.
In my approach to therapy, integrating the body is fundamental. Emotional stress and trauma are often held physically, which can contribute to symptoms and illness over time. I work with clients who are interested in using movement and exercise as tools to support their mental health and overall well-being. Check out my YouTube channel for more information.
