I am an integrative psychotherapist and I have eight years of experience working within the mental health field in Australia and the UK. My approach is person centred, supportive and non-judgemental and is designed to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I work holistically, utilising a range of different therapeutic techniques unique to the individual. I offer support for a number of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I support clients to understand the root cause of their anxiety and provide effective coping strategies including body and mindfulness based techniques.
I have worked in various settings such as private practice, rehabilitation services and community mental health. I have experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, OCD, personality disorders, trauma, family and relationship issues.
