These are difficult times and if you need help, I am here. Maybe it's anxiety, depression, a relationship problem, a loss or a bereavement. Sharing it and being heard without judgement, can really help. As a problem-solving counsellor I will work with you to find a better way forward. I help clients make sense of their relationships and the struggles they have had so far. Many of my clients are going though the major life events, significant birthdays, and are wondering, how did I get here? Why am I feeling this way? What does my future hold?
I am a qualified 'intergrative' counsellor which means I have a range of counselling skills to tailor-make an approach for you. I have been an Approved Counsellor for the charity, Anxiety UK. Together we will work out how you want your future to look and we'll find ways to make it a reality.
Life can be hard and it's good to have someone on your side to help carry the weight and navigate the storms. I am non-judgemental, empathetic and down to earth counsellor, so you can safely be yourself and share your story. We can meet face-to-face in my therapy room or in the local park, or we can work together online, using Zoom or Skype.
