I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), working in both independent practice and the NHS. I am passionate about promoting wellbeing and can draw on a range of psychological models to ensure a person-centred approach to therapy.
I have worked with young people and adults both individually and with their partners, carers and/or families. Some problems I work with are anxiety, low mood, trauma, and family/relationship issues. I have experience of working with autistic people and people with intellectual disabilities and adapt my approach to therapy to meet the needs of the individual.
