I can help you get a better understanding of what's going on and explore ways to move forward. I work with issues around depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, sexuality, gender and spirituality.
I am a Nichiren Buddhist which means I believe in the deep potential of each person, no matter what they might have experienced in the past or what they are experiencing right now. Previously, I have worked in theatre, arts development and festival management. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and registered member of BACP.
