I offer trauma-informed therapy designed to help you gain deeper awareness and clarity of your experiences, enabling you to process difficult past events and gain insight into your current situation. This deeper understanding helps you to identify and pursue the next steps in your life. My approach is collaborative and flexible, adapting to your unique needs and preferences. Rather than adhering to one rigid model, I offer a more holistic approach that is tailored specifically to you and the support you need on your journey. I work in person, via video or phone, and via email.
I have a Masters degree in psychological trauma and training in both person-centred counselling and gestalt therapy. I also work in psychedelic clinical trials and offer integration.
My primary goal is to create an environment where you feel safe. So I will never force you to talk about anything you're not comfortable with and we will always go at your pace
