I appreciate how difficult it can be to choose a counsellor and I know how confusing it can be with all the different terminology used within this profession. However, please be assured that whatever thoughts or feelings you are having right now, we all need help sometimes. For many of us, speaking about our difficulties can seem daunting. If you are feeling anxious or unhappy about your daily life for whatever reason, I might be able to help you. I am a fully qualified, insured and DBS checked Psychotherapist, EMDR Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor.
I have vast experience in working with sexual abuse and trauma, depression, addiction, and anxiety. I aim to help you in as few sessions as possible, however, I am happy to work long-term depending on your needs and budget. My work is primarily online or by telephone, but I do have access to a private room if face-to-face sessions are preferred.
Together we can begin to understand your problems so that in time you can make changes and view your life in a happier, healthier way. My therapy offers you a safe, honest, space, free from judgement. I have been described as caring and truly empathic which helps my clients feel able to talk to me with complete confidence to explore their life experiences.
