My name is Bogumila. I work with individual &couple clients.I will help you to overcome work related stress/anxiety,negative thinking habits,depression,anxiety,low self-esteem, feeling not good enough,grief,addictions,bereavement,ADHD etc. I help you to improve motivation,self image healthy daily routines, deal with behavioral addiction or different relationship issues.I am BACP accredited .I use effective humanistic,Person Centred skills,neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),Gestalt Integrative (GI) -couple therapy,Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR),You will feel supported,empowered and your self trust will grow.
I can support you to deal with anxiety, depression, insomnia,focus/concentration, energy level, family&relationship issues,successful parenting. I help with low self-esteem/image problems, money- and work-related issues, divorce and rebuilding a life. Grief as a consequence of loss and it can also be something we focus on to have a balanced life.
