Looking for a safe space to unpack what’s holding you back—and start making real, lasting change? I've been a qualified psycotherapist/counsellor for over 20 yrs with experience in assisting anyone who needs a reliable & confidential space in which to explore issues & difficulties. I can work with you on a range of issues including; anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, abuse (sexual/physical/psychological) self esteem, race & identity, adoption trauma, quitting smoking & more. Sessions are £75 for in- person sessions (thurs only) & £70 online (or less for consessions)
I value the importance of the client and therapist relationship as this is important for change. I use elements of person centred and psychodynamic approaches in my work. I have strong assessment and counselling skills and an extensive knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques. I have also worked with adults for the NHS and the mental health charity MIND.
