Adults who come to my practice often feel anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or impacted by past experiences and trauma. Many feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in life or relationships. They may appear to be coping externally but feel very different inside. They are seeking a safe, understanding space to make sense of what they're going through and begin to feel more like themselves again.
I help adults with anxiety, depression and trauma feel grounded. Using a warm, supportive approach with EMDR or Counselling, I provide a safe space to process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move forward with clarity.
