I qualified with Devon and Cornwall Counselling Hub and am registered with and adhere to the NCS ( National Counselling Society) ethical framework. I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, which means I have trained in multiple theoretical approaches , such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Transpersonal and Person Centred. This enables me to adapt my approach to best suit the individual I am working with. I work with the Connections Model, seeing the individual as a whole.
