I am a qualified Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist and Accredited member of the BACP. I use a pluralistic approach to my therapy. This involves working collaboratively with my clients, their individuality thus incorporating shared decision making. I can work with a wide range of concerns and assist you with issues you may be facing such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress, anger, sexual abuse and many others. An example of this approach is discussing with you what you would like to achieve from therapy then working together to achieve the most effective way to get there.
I work therapeutically using aspects from varied approaches based on what you find to be helpful, an integrative approach. I offer EMDR Therapy to work with particular difficulties and truama please see my website for fees.
Having experienced the need for counselling in my own life, I feel I am in a position to better understand the challenges of asking for help. I have had experience working with both school children and adults. I am also the Counselling Manager for a Charitable organisation and counsel several adults on a voluntary basis.
