Hello i'm Lizzy, an integrative therapist. Have you experienced a bereavement, break up, infidelity, anxiety or depression? Successful therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist where there is trust, openness and the opportunity to explore your whole self where you can feel safe and brave to talk. I offer a professional, non-judgemental, empathic counselling relationship where you can become the expert in your life story and journey to emotional confidence.
Although exploring inner thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming when you are already experiencing a sense of confusion and possibly uncertainty, together we can work to better understand and explore unhelpful patterns of behaviour and thought processes, in order to grow emotionally and psychologically with a calmer, more meaningful sense of who you are.
