Are you looking for the 'right' counsellor? Hi, my name is Lizette and I believe we each have an innate ability to know what is right for our personal situation. But sometimes, due to either loss, trauma, bereavement, abuse, adverse events from our childhood or a life changing event, we lose our direction. Given the right environment, including a safe space to be heard, I can give you time to explore your needs for healing, change and growth. You’ve already made the first step, the next step begins with you trusting your instinct and making the connection that feels right to you.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I use several modalities adding flexibility and creativity into the sessions. I specialise in anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, replacement child syndrome and trauma, offering patience and understanding to explore challenges or unhealthy patterns from emotional wounds.
We all need to take time for ourselves. Making ourselves a priority is key to a fulfilling and rewarding life. Therefore, the best time to change is now.
