I feel very privileged to be a part of a person's therapeutic journey. I offer a truly empathic and non-judgemental space where we are able to work together to understand and make meaning of what you wish to bring, taking each session at your pace.
Having worked in a people support role within the workplace for over 25 years I have been privileged to listen and support people with what is happening in their lives. I understand how problems can impact both home life and work life and how having somebody to talk to can help.
Supporting clients with depression, anxiety, stress, loss of identity, divorce, grief, bereavement, pregnancy loss, child loss, addictions including alcohol and drugs, suicidal ideation. Personally, I have been gifted a first-hand understanding of neuro-diversity through lived experience within my family, thereby underpinning my work as truly inclusive.
As well as private practice, I am an affiliated Counsellor with Mind supporting a range of mental health needs.
I also attend clinical supervision every month.
My current availability offers in-person counselling based in Cardiff Monday to Thursday. Online counselling or telephone counselling (UK-wide) Monday to Friday.
