Reaching out can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am a qualified creative arts psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children. I offer a calm, safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace, without judgement.
I support adults with anxiety, low mood and trauma, including sexual trauma and childhood experiences, offering a safe, gentle space to explore at your own pace. I also provide play therapy for children, helping them express emotions through creativity when words feel difficult and supporting parents alongside this.”
