About
Perhaps you are feeling lost in life, struggling to feel heard and understood, experiencing low mood or anxiety and low self-esteem? Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your work or personal relationships causing anxiety, stress, overwhelm and sadness, leading to feelings of guilt and shame over your emotions? I can help you explore these issues in a non-judgemental, welcoming and safe environment, walking alongside you in your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself and enjoying life again. I offer a free initial consultation to explore your difficulties and what you hope to gain from counselling.
I work with people with a range of issues & I specialise in working with ADHD/ Autism & other neurodiverse conditions. I also work with anxiety, depression & trauma. I understand the value of finding the right type of counsellor who can tailor an approach to suit your needs and support you, as someone with personal & professional experience of ASD/ADHD.
It may feel daunting talking to a counsellor about your thoughts and feelings, but talking to someone can help. I strongly believe that people have the potential for growth & making positive changes in their life, and believe that the therapeutic relationship we will create together plays a huge part in helping you take that step forward to wellbeing.
