Hi, I am an integrative counsellor, passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds through counselling. It's my privilege to offer a safe accepting space where you can be seen and heard. Maybe you have experienced a painful trauma or feel incongruent with who you are and who you want to be. You may be experiencing overwhelming emotions like anger, anxiety, depression, grief, or you may feel unsafe in your own body. I will provide you with a safe supportive space where your emotions and thoughts can be expressed and validated. I am trauma informed and use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to suit you.
I support adults and young people facing general life and mental health challenges. Additionally, I have a specialist background in anxiety, bereavement, domestic and sexual abuse. I particularly utilise Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Gestalt and CBT theories along with a blend of neuroscience, grounding techniques and psychoeducation.
In our work together we will go at your pace, exploring were you want to and together consider how you can move towards the changes you want to see. At the heart of our connection and counselling relationship is trust, working collaboratively fostering growth and healing.
