I have experience of working with clients presenting with anxiety, trauma and attachment difficulties, shame, childhood sexual abuse, alcohol and substance misuse, bereavement, relationships and adoption. I also have over 25 years’ experience of working with children and families.
I am committed to providing a Person-Centred approach for my clients, offering a safe, supportive, confidential space to facilitate a therapeutic relationship to explore any feelings, thoughts, beliefs and difficulties to enable you to reach a better understanding of yourself.
Working with clients I demonstrate authenticity, integrity, and connectedness to promote growth and change and for you to live your life to its full potential. I am based just outside of Colchester, where 50 minutes sessions can be offered face to face or via Telephone or Online
