Life is not always easy and there may be times when difficulties we are experiencing appear to be over-whelming and we may feel unable to share them with those closest to us. Our counselling relationship will be different to the type you have with friends, family or colleagues. It is secure and confidential, the focus being on your experiences of your problems. I will not give you advice, judge you or tell you what to do, but instead we will work collaboratively to explore & make sense of your thoughts, feelings & behaviours
I offer therapy in a safe, calm and non-judgmental space and together we will explore what is happening with you and what it is you want to change. I am able to work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, abuse, and have an additional counselling qualification in working specifically with children.
I can provide you with a safe and confidential space to discuss whatever you would like at your own pace. I will create an environment of trust where you feel comfortable to express yourself freely and without judgement. I will be respectful of the difficulties you are facing and I will listen carefully to understand your experience.
