As an Adlerian counsellor with 11 years experience I have worked with a wide variety of issues over the years. I offer you a safe and confidential space where together we can explore what is troubling you and get a better understanding of the challenges you are facing. Alongside working towards, gaining the skills you need to enable you to change your life for the better or simply just spending time acknowledging and mourning for your losses. I tailor my approach to suit your needs and I am passionate about working effectively with difference, listening to you with care, empathy and without judgement.
As an Adlerian counsellor I can work with early childhood experiences which can still be having an impact on your life in the present day using early memory techniques. I also offer an effective and simple treatment for trauma/PTSD called rewind and have special interests that include ADHD, Asperger's, bereavement and narcissistic relationships.
