I believe that knowing you are not alone, and having that safe place to express your fears, or uncover how the past influences you today, is essential for mental health.
As a Clinical Psychologist I have worked in both the USA and the U.K. in a range of settings - Community Mental Health settings, Hospitals and outpatient clinics. While I primarily work with adult clients, I also have experience working with teens. I use a patient centered, integrated approach that places you in the forefront of your journey.
At this time I am accepting new clients for online sessions only. Due to being online only, I can accept clients from anywhere in England or Wales. I also offer testing for ADHD and personality Disorders. I have openings evenings and weekends, and look forward to talking with you soon.
